artist work

Prachi Kaushik is a multidisciplinary artist and entrepreneur whose work explores the intersection of contemporary human experience and the natural world. Through her studio, MATUH, she crafts thoughtful, artisanal pieces in clay and paper that reflect a deep reverence for nature, ancient botanical traditions, and the quiet beauty found in imperfection. With a keen eye for detail and a signature rustic charm, Prachi’s creations are more than objects—they are narratives, inviting viewers to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the organic rhythms found in Nature.

For over nine years, my journey with clay has been one of introspection, growth, and quiet discovery. Deeply inspired by nature, ancient botanical motifs, and organic forms, my practice balances precision with the raw elegance of imperfection. While carving remains a central element, I increasingly explore the nuanced possibilities of paper clay. Through my studio, MATUH, I create handcrafted pieces that are both contemplative and tactile—each one a subtle narrative, evoking the timeless rhythms of the natural world.
