Since most of our products are handcrafted, unique, and made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges except in cases where the product has been damaged before delivery or an incorrect product has been sent.

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Since most products are handmade, minor variations in colour, texture, or design are part of their uniqueness and not considered defects.
