Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We value your trust in Shambhala Art and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Since most of our products are handcrafted, unique, and made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges except in cases where the product has been damaged before delivery or an incorrect product has been sent.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Returns are only applicable if:
The product has been delivered in a damaged condition.
You have received a product different from what you ordered.
We do not accept returns for any other reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike of the product, incorrect size/fit where applicable).
To be eligible for a return, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing:
The unopened package.
The unsealing process.
The damage or incorrect item.
The unboxing video must be uploaded within 48 hours of delivery via the contact form or email mentioned on our website.

Exchanges

An exchange will only be offered if:

The delivered product is damaged.

The wrong product has been sent.

You must provide an unboxing video as proof (see above requirements).

Once the claim is verified, you may choose to:

Receive a replacement for the same product.

Receive store credit of equal value to use for future purchases.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only if:

You have received a damaged or incorrect product.

The claim has been verified through the unboxing video.

After verification, you may choose:

A full refund to your original payment method.

Store credit of equal value.

Refund processing time:

5–7 business days after claim approval.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the product has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us at the earliest via the details provided on our Contact Us page.

If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Delivery & Tracking

Products are dispatched directly by the artist.

Once dispatched, the tracking details will be updated on your account dashboard.

You will also receive an email notification containing the tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to reflect after dispatch.

Important Notes

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Since most products are handmade, minor variations in colour, texture, or design are part of their uniqueness and not considered defects.
