Q. How long will my order take to arrive? Orders typically dispatch within 3–5 business days and reach you within 7–10 days, depending on your location. For customised or made-to-order products, timelines may vary — we will update you accordingly.
Q. How can I track my order? Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email and SMS. You can also log in to your account and view the status under “My Orders.”
Q. Do you offer express shipping? Currently, we do not offer express shipping. For urgent delivery requests, please email us at hello@shambhalaart.in and we’ll do our best to assist.
Q. How are shipping charges calculated? Shipping charges are levied on a case-by-case basis depending on the product’s size, weight, and destination. Where applicable, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Q. How are the products packaged? All products are securely packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. Fragile items receive extra cushioning.

Q. What is your return policy? We only accept returns if the product is damaged before delivery or if the wrong product has been sent. You must share an unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of delivery.
Q. Do you offer exchanges? We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you can opt for a replacement once your claim is verified.
Q. How do refunds work? If your return is approved, you may choose a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
Q. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched.
Q. What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and select wallets. All orders must be prepaid, as we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q. Is it safe to shop on your website? Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Q. Do you charge GST? Yes, applicable GST will be calculated at checkout. GST, shipping, and gift wrapping charges, where applicable will be calculated at checkout.
Q. Are your artworks handmade? Yes. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted by ceramists and studio potters, with great attention to detail and form.
Q. Will my product look exactly like the picture? Since our products are handmade, minor variations in colour, texture, and shape are natural and part of their uniqueness.
Q. Can I customise an artwork? Customisation requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, at the artist’s discretion. Please email us at hello@shambhalaart.in with your requirements.
Q. Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes, we offer gift wrapping upon request. Please mention this at checkout or email us after placing your order. Where applicable, gift wrapping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Q. Can I place a bulk or corporate order? Absolutely! We accept bulk orders for gifting, custom sets, and corporate collaborations. Bulk orders, including shipping and payment terms, are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@shambhalaart.in with your requirements.
Q. Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and view past purchases easily.
